The CFO of the company wanted:

• The ability to view key ratios but also drill down to individual transactions
• Perform flexible budget vs actual analysis
• To have data in the reports to refresh automatically from the Property Management System
• The ability to review individual property metrics without having to run multiple reports

Solution: Metric-X developed an end-to-end solution built on our RentViewer analytics platform. This included connections to the property management system, a data warehouse, and data visualizations developed in Tableau. Daily jobs extract data for General Ledger, Leases, Budgets and A/R. This data is organized for reporting in the data warehouse. About 10 reports were developed in Tableau that provides visual summary data and the ability to drill down with a few clicks.
