The management team wanted to keep a close eye on Net Cash Flow for each property and groups of properties. Manually compiling the Net Cash Flow for almost 100 properties was too labor-intensive and rigid.

 

Solution

Metric-X automated the calculation and display of the Net Cash Flow report.

With filters provided, the report could be quickly displayed for any property and for any time period.

The report data is refreshed weekly, and the report is displayed on a web page that authorized users can log in to and view.
