Overview

We build visual dashboards that display Plan vs. Actual information. Selected metrics, such as NOI, A/R, Lease End Notices, Showings etc. can be displayed. Dashboards can be tailored to the needs of each of your departments.

Such dashboards empower your team to take the initiative to achieve goals, give you time to take corrective action if a goal is likely to be missed, and reduce the number of “over-budget surprises” at month-end close.

How to Use

• Select the metrics to display on dashboards for each key roles in your company (for example, Marketing Dashboard, Service Ticket Dashboard, Leasing Dashboard etc.)
• Give easy access to your employees to look up Plan vs. Actual information
• Conduct weekly review meetings using the dashboards and identify any monthly goals that are at risk of not being met

Description
